Getting fiber into the day with a low carb diet can be a challenge. This delicious organic oat bran galette makes it easy. One serving size (1/3 cup) delivers 7 grams of fiber and the organic flaxseed has 3 grams in a serving (1TBS)

1/4 cup oat bran
1TBSP milled flaxseed
1 egg white
2TBSP cottage cheese
Apple slices
Cinnamon and xylitol

Spray sauté pan generously with non stick spray
Cook like a pancake, flipping once or twice
Garnish with more apples
Enjoy with plenty of water

For a more savory galette add slices of turkey
